black tie event

the night before my very first baby vacation to idaho, i was lucky enough to attend my good friends kristina & voltaire's wedding.  while the wedding wasn't strictly black tie, you already know that i always dress to impress.

the wedding was at a beautiful garden in south seattle. i mostly behaved myself while kristina & voltaire shared their vows, although i couldn't help letting out some low level wimpers throughout the service. what can i say, i was overcome by the emotional event.

the reception afterwards was loud with a capital l (ftr, i don't know how to make capital l's just yet).  i struggled through the 1st half of the party, but once the music picked up, i boogied down with my best p-p-p-poker face.  the party had good food, great toasts and more lady gaga beats than pioneer square pumps out on a saturday evening.

it was a great wedding and i was so glad i attended... that is until mommy and daddy woke me up at 4:30 am the next morning for the drive to idaho.
